The  Hearth is one of the newer neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch. In fact, there are still some new construction homes available. Homes in The Hearth range from approximately $279,000 to $575,000 for resale homes. New construction homes in The Hearth start in the low $400′s.  The determining price factors are the lot size, upgrades in the home, cul-de-sac location, backing to open space or the Highlands Ranch trails and mountain views.

Since homes in The Hearth are still very new, they have the amenities home buyers seek. Many of the homes have larger mud/laundry rooms and some have upstairs laundry rooms.

A few minutes in either direction and you will be near the Town Center Shopping area or the Eastridge Shopping area.  In addition, the Park Meadows Mall is only about 10 minutes away from this part of Highlands Ranch.

The Hearth is approximately 40 to 45 minutes from Denver International Airport and about a 30-minute commute to downtown Denver. RTD bus commuting centers are located throughout Highlands Ranch and The Hearth is an easy starting point for the RTD Light Rail station at Lincoln and I25.

Students attend Douglas County Schools, which offers a top-notch education and a plethora of extracurricular activities. Many students within The Hearth are able to walk to their neighborhood school!
