Sierra Ridge

sierra_obliqueThe development of Sierra Ridge will be a new community that lies on approximately 320 acres at the southwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Chamber Road in Parker, Colorado.

Sierra Ridge is located less than three miles from the Lincoln and I-25 interchange and RTD Light Rail Park and Ride. Located within a mile and a half is a plethora of grocery stores, convenience stores and plenty of restaurants. Park Meadows Mall is within 10 to 15 minutes and Parker Adventist or Sky Ridge Hospitals are with three miles too. Downtown Parker is located approximately 3 miles southeast of the site!

sierra_siteplanSierra Ridge allows for a maximum of 1,600 residential units. There will be almost 87 acres of open space with multiple parks and a recreation center.  The project consists of three filings:

  1. Filing No. 1: 289 single family lots with one multi-family lot.The multi-family lots will generate 250 units. Within Filing No. 1 there is a community center, which contains a pool and playground. A 10-acre elementary school site, in the Douglas County School District, will be surrounded by trails and playfields.
  2. Filing No. 2: Consists of 350 lots
  3. Filing No. 3: Consists of 306 lots.

Lennar and Meritage Homes, two builders for Sierra Ridge, plan to open sales offices by this summer for pre-sales. Lennar will be building the Monarch series in addition to the Grand series. Following are links to more information on these series:
